We just got this exciting new, very well designed title in the store.
Special Request comes from the UK and is about art. They delve in one topic for every issue. This first issue is about food and the second will be about television.
An article about the hands of chefs, Coolio about his book Cooking with Coolio, a sharp, funny and painful short story by Sam Lipsyte about obesitas, favourite sandwiches from Florence Welch, GZA and Jessica Ennis and Matthew Herberts record about food Plat du Jour.

Next to that two hands full of nice recipes: seabass ceviche, grilled fore rib of beef, parsley and smoked ham soup.

Special Request is really something else, we look forward to the next issue, but first we're going to make this rhubarb and almond tart.
