DINER JOURNAL comes to us from Brooklyn, New York. This is another great food magazine that came to the store and into our top 10 of the best culinary magazines.
The good thing about DINER is that it's full of recipes. They interview people, chefs, hunters or culinary specialists and there are stories but their main thing is the recipe.
Browsing through the heavily illustrated pages you find recipes for delicious meals.
Moose hunter Gote Blomgren from Sweden is interviewed about his carreer and shares his favourite moose dishes like moose stew and frozen lump.
Also in this issue goose meatballs, lemon potatoes, pear jam, beer braised rabbit, roasted oyster, pickled cauliflower.
