what's going on in APARTAMENTO #13?

An interview with Wes Anderson about the amazing interiors he uses in his movies. Joel Chen and his large LA furniture and interior design shop. The apartment and work of illustrator Arturo Rhodes. A comic by Andy Rementer and Margherita Urbani. The colourful and funky house of furniture designer Peter Shire. Food writer Anissa Helou talks about the houses she lived in and her belongings "I don't collect anymore. My acquired nature is translated into buying books; I have about 1500 or 2000 cookbooks".

Fashion designer Bernard Willhelm recently moved to Hollywood Hills where Apartamento investigates how he re-defines his space in a new city. Artist Jack Pierson lives in an apartment in Greenwich Village in NYC and owns a house in Twentynine Palms, California; "...people call Palm Springs the desert and, in fact, it is, but you don't really get it. You're not confronted with sand".
