p o e t r y from London


You find the best, most innovative poetry in small publications and zines at the moment. More daring, urgent and contemporary than the poetry published by the big publishing houses. Poetry is developing and going forward in these publications.
This little magazine from London is simply called Poetry. It has a nice silkscreened dust cover made by Olivia Sautreuil.
Here's a small part of Nathan Cash-Davidson's poem Part 1:

Wyclef Jean water then look and gnarls
rolled out by comb or crest sharp shape them
out again, the green solid of the wind, 
looped or forked, I catch how and crush over
